He is also one of the founding directors of RS Mesa Construction Corporation, a company with over 25 years of experience in building government infrastructure projects.

He was also engaged in several technical and business development consultancy and held a top position as Country Head for international telecom operator (Nobel Ltd.), Contact Center (Pelatis BPO Solutions/Armshore Investments), and US Based IT Cloud Solution company (Appcore Philippines Inc.) by establishing their presence in the Philippines. 

Previously held top technical and business development positions in Weather Philippines Inc. (Aboitiz Equity Ventures), Globe Telecom, Bayantel, and Smart Communications.

He brings vast experience and keen understanding in different roles encompassing technical, commercial, and legal aspects of the business, by capitalizing on his knowledge in engineering and exposure to drafting legal contracts and commercial negotiations.

Educated at Don Bosco Technical College with a degree of Electronics and Communication Engineering with PRC License number 11813 .

Founder and Chairman/President of JLB Properties, who owns several multi-purpose properties catering to business and transient occupants and residential properties for leasing.

Currently the President and CEO of MySkin Dermatology and Laser Center.  Myskin is one of the Leading ethical Dermatology and Laser Centers in Central Luzon, Philippines.

 He is also the founder and previously the Founding President and CEO of the logistics company ACAI (Allegiance Cargo Advantage Inc.) He also took the top executive post in one of the top financial remittance companies in the Philippines USSC – Universal Storefront Services Corporation leading to its success in storefront operations and expanding its business coverage.

Joel, as people call him, is also one of the top business development executives of BayanTel (RCPI), a telecom company that established the first high-capacity telecom backbone in the Philippines.
